Job Details

Manage and oversee the accounts payable functions within an organization. This role involves ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely, maintaining proper financial records, and managing payments to suppliers and creditors. To work closely with other departments to resolve discrepancies. This role is crucial for maintaining positive relationships with vendors and ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and accounting procedures.

Key Roles Responsibilities

To support company's operation by:

Ensure all costs are captured in SAP correctly, based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), General Ledger (GL) and Cost Centre.
To complete the invoice and supporting documents for payment processing i.e Delivery Order, Service Report etc.
To liaise with vendor for invoice process.
Prepare the account reconciliation for vendor on monthly basis.
Assist asset verification.
Assist yearly stock take activities.
To carry out any other duties and tasks as directed by the superior.

Job Details

Coordinate, execute, monitor and report of maintenance tasks on mechanical system and equipment for the RMN submarines with respect to the planning.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Providing data and report of maintenance tasks carried out.
Prepare intervention procedures.
Perform procedure intervention for Mechanical tasks.
Involved in the set-up and tests & trials based on approved Test Procedures/ Test Protocol.
Completing the associated technical file.
Team arrangement on-board and in workshop.
To implement the proper execution of duties.
To conduct work briefings on submarine maintenance to relevant support staff.
To check all relevant work documents are completely obtained from the customer.
Perform record upkeep on maintenance activities completed.
To maintain good customer - supplier relationships.
Participate in internal/ external reviews and meetings as necessary to ensure timely delivery of the submarine for each maintenance period.

Job Details

General
• Manage and control all documents associated with the preparation and execution of (ISS/REFIT) activities for KD TAR and KD TRZ.
• Ensure all engineering, compliance, maintenance, and technical records are systematically organized and maintained in accordance with project requirements and quality standards.
Specific
• Analyse historical data and documents from previous submarine refits to support planning and execution.
• Extract, arrange, structure technical data for efficient access and decision-making.
• Develop, update, and manage new documentation required for engineering, logistics, and quality assurance purposes.

Key Roles Responsibilities

Maintain a centralized document control system for all Engineering (ISS/REFIT) related documentation.
Ensure proper registration, indexing, and classification of all incoming, safekeeping and outgoing/sharing documents.
Track revisions and updates to engineering drawings, technical procedures, and compliance documents.
Prepare structured documentation packages (e.g., ISS/REFIT handover packages, compliance binders).
Assist in generating status reports, audit trails, and completion databases.
Act as the documentation liaison for the engineering team, ensuring that all technical teams have access to the latest validated documents.
Identify and report discrepancies, missing records, or inconsistencies in documentation.
To lead the CMMS (Computerize Maintenance Management System) implementation and management.
